Delivery & assembly
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days and delivered in 3–7 business days. Delivery is free on orders above $49; below that a flat $6.99 applies. Large furniture is assembled at your home, free of charge, by a trained carpenter who calls ahead to book a slot.
Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging and not made-to-order. Raise the request from your order confirmation email and we arrange a free pickup.
Refunds
Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Bank processing can add 2–3 days.
Warranty
Solid-wood furniture carries a 36-month warranty, engineered wood 12 months, and mattresses 5–10 years depending on the model. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, not normal wear, misuse or damage from moisture.
Damaged or wrong item
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace the item or refund you in full — no pickup charges.
Order tracking
Your order confirmation email contains a live tracking link. Checkout, payments and order updates are handled securely by our Shopify-powered checkout.
